Discipline of an Employee
Performance of one’s assignment in an inferior and/or unprofessional manner will constitute cause for performance probation and/or suspension with pay. Behavior of an unprofessional nature and behavior issues related to cause for dismissal will constitute cause for behavior probation or suspension with pay. All employees may be evaluated/re-evaluated at supervisor’s discretion, with documented evidence of performance deterioration. See Vernon College Corrective Action Report, Appendix Q.
