Employment-at-Will
All custodial, maintenance, and grounds staff are hired on a non-contractual basis. Non-contractual personnel shall serve at-will, are not employed for any specified length of time, and have no property right in their employment.
Dismissal of employees serving without a contract shall be in accordance with Board policy. See policy Manual, DM (LOCAL)
