The Vice-President of Administrative Services or designee shall serve as the fixed asset coordinator of the District. The fixed asset inventory management system is maintained by the Business office. Each division of the college is responsible for all items in their departmental area. A formal review of the accounting for fixed assets is conducted by the independent auditor at each year’s end.
