Internal Transfers
Employees transferring from Faculty to Administrative/Administrative to Faculty will be placed on the appropriate salary schedule. Experience factor of one year for every two years of administrative service in the prior position (for Administrative to Faculty) and a one to one factor for full-time teaching with no cap. External candidates will receive a one to one factor for full-time teaching and one to two factor for work experience with a five year cap.
