Student Government
A major contribution to the educational process on the Vernon College campus is made by the Student Government Associations (SGA’s). Student Government Associations are available at the Vernon Campus and for the combined Wichita Falls locations of Vernon College. Through these organizations, students may receive practical experience in the art of self-government. The SGA’s will act as forums in aiding the institution in the development of future goals and policies. Elections for SGA representatives are held each fall. The officers of the SGA’s regulate campus social activities within the structured policies of the College. Involvement in the SGA’s will help prepare students for their ultimate role as participating members of society-at-large.
