Child Development Associate, ICLC
The Child Development course is a professional development opportunity for early educators working in a variety of settings with children ages birth to 5 years old and their families to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the early childhood education field. The course fulfills the educational requirement to be eligible to take the Child Development Associate Credential exam through the Child Development Council.

Prerequisite Requirement
Must be a high school graduate (or equivalent), or be a high school junior or senior in an early education/child development career and technical program; currently working in a childcare facility; and submit full shot records (MMR, TD, Varicella, and Hepatitis).
