Accreditation Statement
Vernon College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award Associate’s degrees. Vernon College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. SACSCOC Substantive Change Policy
In accordance with administrative regulations, the College District shall notify SACSCOC of any changes in accordance with the current substantive change policy of the SACSCOC and, when required, seek approval prior to the initiation of any change.
