Practical, general workplace training supported by an individualized learning plan developed by the employer, college, and student. Travel may be required to fulfill clinical competencies and may be more than or approximately 1 hour from class location Program Fee: $50.00; Liability Insurance: $20.00; Software Fee: $40.

To be taken with the consent of instructor in the student's last semester prior to graduation;
PHRA 1441 and
PHRA 1345 or concurrent enrollment
